Mk82 is used against soft, fragment sensitive targets such as troops, POL, and radars. Mk82 Mk15 Snake Eye is the high drag version of tail assembly as opposed to low drag conical fin assembly MAU-93/B. It is used against soft targets and is used primarily for low level attacks. Targets include troops, aircraft in the open, etc. |
